London/Birmingham Riots

So, as you all may know - riots started breaking out about three days ago. Not directly in London but close, Tottenham to be precise. And now all over the news rioting is still happening. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. Young men (mainly) are breaking into shops, looting shops, throwing petrol bombs, setting thing on fire like buildings, double decker buses, police cars. It is actually disgusting and I feel so ashamed to me English right now. They all seem to be uneducated 'chavs' (stereotypical, I know but I'm angry) who just want to damage their OWN community! Where is the sense in that! I live kind of near Birmingham (about an hour or so) and now it has all started there tonight too! Louis Vuitton has been looted! And now apparently Armani has and that is not all, there have been loads of shops across the city centre!
I am outraged and disgusted at the people who are doing this. An absolute disgrace it is and is making me feel physically sick right now. We may not be economically great right now (along with the rest of the world), jobs may be hard to find (maybe if you weren't so uneducated...) and cuts have been happening by the government across the country. But it still does not give them any damn right to make this ten times worse and wreck shops and cars. Cars that people have saved up to buy, shops that help the struggling economy we live in. Rebuilding all this damage will cost millions....
I wish they would realise that despite all these economic, business, political problems we have - we are still a privileged country compared to many other countries in the world, no one just ever seems to see that :(
I would post photo'a but they're too upsetting to place on my blog, so please visit BBC News website and it will be the main headline there :)
Look after yourselves if you're in the UK and under threat form these attacks. Stay inside, lock your doors. And we are 1000000% behind every single Police officer out there!!

xoxoxo
