Marc Jacobs for Dior?

I am a huge fan of Marc Jacobs, as a person and as a designer. I love his Marc Jacob's range and I especially love everything he has done for Louis Vuitton. I personally think that his AW11 collection was sublime and I remember watching the live stream and I thought it was fantastic. And it is my favourite collection of this season.

I also have a strong opinion on the whole John Galliano situation. I absolutely adore Galliano and it makes me so, so depressed that he no longer works for Dior and even his own name brand John Galliano! It actually destroys me and I miss him so so much as a designer :( He was so inspiring to me... but that is a different story I could rant for hours about.
So if Marc Jacob's leaves LV, who will take over Vuitton? Well, reading twitter rumours all day many have been saying it might be Celine designer Phoebe Philo. These are just rumours and nothing has been confirmed, yet. But the creative directer position at Dior needs to be filled at some point and quite soon as possible really!

Here we go again with the fashion rumours; latest one doing the rounds: Marc Jacobs IS going to Dior and Phoebe Philo to Louis Vuitton.

#MarcJacobs said headed to #Dior, leaving #LouisVuitton open for Phoebe Philo (who'll also do Celine) & starting a major LVMH reshuffling.

If I could have it my way I would have Marc Jacob's stay at Louis Vuitton and Galliano back at Dior (haha) but obviously that will not be happening in a million years! I really do think Marc Jacobs belongs at Louis Vuitton and I wish they could find someone fresh and new at Dior. But we could sit and talk about thing all day and we're just going to have to wait and find out......
